William K. Aiu has been a member of St. Jude’s Parish for 19+ years. Born in Los Angeles, CA and raised on Kauai, attended college in Oregon and Ohio and received the BS in Electrical Engineering and MS in Electrical Engineering respectively. Returned to Hawaii and obtained his Masters of Business Administration from Hawaii Pacific University.
He served in the USAF for 15 years at various states and overseas locations like England, Germany, and Saudi Arabia. Moved back to Hawaii and worked for Bell Atlantic Professional Services and now AT&T where, for the past 18 years, he currently supports the DOD in Hawaii with design and installation of their mission critical information systems.
He has been married to Dustine Aiu for 29 years; he has one stepdaughter Hillary and his wife (Dustine) is a huge supporter of rescue animals, and caring for the less fortunate, like the LA Dodgers.
He has been a huge supporter of St Jude parish and has served on the Parish Council, the Finance Committee, and the Building Committee, been a grant writer for the Outreach program, is a Lector, Eucharistic Minister, & cash counter, and is now the lead Chairman for the core planning committee for the new parish in Leihano, Kapolei.
